Almon Street Open Studio Event

The Circle would like to extend an invite to a one-night only open studio event showcasing the studio practice of 8 Halifax artists and special guests taking part in a unique warehouse project.  All 8 artists will present in process studio work as well on site experimental creations for this industrial storage space. This event is organized as a collaborative effort engaged in reinterpreting individual studio process into an event blurring the lines between exhibition, experimentation with open warehouse space and contemporary studio practice.  Located in the Metro Self Storage building on Almon Street the artists personal studio spaces will be open to the public with additional areas showcasing experimental works in progress.

Almon Street Open Studio is the first of four events showcasing interdisciplinary projects, unconventional curatorial exhibitions and practices in the Halifax Arts Community.
